Before you book
Which areas of Oman do you cover?
Free door-to-door collection across Greater Muscat — Al Khuwair, Qurum, Azaiba, Bausher, Seeb, Ruwi and Al Mouj. For Sohar, Nizwa, Sur and Salalah we arrange tracked courier collection for OMR 3 each way.
How long does a repair take?
Most polishing and small repairs are ready in 48 hours. Resoling takes 3 to 5 days, and full handbag restorations 7 to 14 days depending on the colour work required.
Do you work on luxury brands?
Yes. We regularly restore Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Church's, Crockett & Jones and Berluti pieces using colour-matched finishes and period-correct materials.
How do I pay?
You approve a fixed quote before any work begins. Payment is on delivery by card, bank transfer or cash in Omani Rial.
